Hi Marie,

Why am I able to do for others but not myself? I am a registered nurse, medical intuitive, Reiki Master and empath. I do Reiki self-treatments fairly regularly. I cannot however get details about my guides, drop excess weight, or heal myself. I have been working on myself for over 20 years and my lack of personal success is giving me imposter syndrome.

Dear Jeanne,

Unfortunately, your concern is not unusual. Old empathic souls are great at caring for others. But one of their common wounds is not feeling love for themselves. They may think that they love themselves, but love is a feeling even if it is for your own being. A deep feeling for love transforms all things and heals all things. Ask yourself, “what if I fall madly in love with me?” When you have a shift in your ability to authentically love you, you will be able to receive information from the heavens just for you!

Dear Marie,

During one of the multisensory classes, you answered my question about experiencing a lot of various pains and that I am a highly sensitive person. You suggested my clairsentience is being used as a protective mechanism. Since then, I’ve been making changes to engage in more loving and nurturing care of myself. Despite this, I have been experiencing hair breakage and hair loss for 6-8 months. Do you have any suggestions for how to address this issue and to heal it before I lose much more of my hair? It’s gotten embarrassing. I don’t even brush my hair anymore and can’t bear to look at it closely. You had mentioned repressed emotions from past lives. Is that at play here? What would you suggest to help me address that? Thank you so much.

When someone is using their energy to protect themselves, they need to learn to stay present in their body – feel their feet, etc. throughout the day. This practice heals the physical form and allows the clairsentient being who is using their gift as a form of protection, which is not necessary, to flourish. Hair loss has multiple energetic causes potentially. The fifth vortex and the thyroid gland can play a roll, as can the seventh vortex as it governs all the skin. But not being present in your body can wreak havoc on all kinds of physiology. Practice being present – it could help with many desires!

Hi, Marie.

I love to meditate when I sit and do it. I recently learned how to do a Kriya meditation technique and love how the breathing techniques make me feel as well as how relaxed I am afterwards.

My ‘mind’ is resisting doing it every morning. I want to incorporate this new daily practice every day. Why am I resisting it? Do I work with a “What if..” statement? Do I “manage my mind” like a dog and just give a command? I seem to prefer everything to be done first thing in the morning and then the day goes by and I still haven’t sat down to do it. What am I missing? It’s already 9:30 and here I am writing about it instead of doing it. After I send this I will sit down but would love to hear your take on this wonderful challenge I have presented myself with. Many thanks and blessings to you.

Dear Pat,

First, resistance is a sign that what you are avoiding is really, really, really good for you! It doesn’t matter why we move into resistance. Instead allow that feeling to remind you how valuable – beyond anything you could imagine – the activity is. And be kind to yourself!!! Even if you don’t meditate. Always be tender and loving to you!

Dear Jill,

Demetia is all about being in denial about a significant area of one’s life. First an individual would need to become aware of the denial so that they could then begin to feel their real feelings. This can be a difficult task and why many forms of dementia are hard to treat, let alone heal. All brain disorders are related to denial.

The process of discovering what you really want requires feeling what brings you joy and then participating in those joyful activities. Our true passions bring vast amounts of happiness into our lives, and it is normal to feel fulfilled by our endeavors. I would take a few days to self-explore what your personal joys are. Make a list of what you have identified and start participating in those joyful activities. The knowing will follow.

I have panic attacks that only arise when I’m driving on the freeway or driving over a bridge. It really limits my life. What are your thoughts and what could be my What If question to stop them? Thank you.

Dear Darlena,

If this is a new panic, then it is a representation of other repressed emotions of stress that you are not managing. If this is a lifelong experience, then it is most likely connected to a past life where you encountered something horrific during fast travel that included some sort of elevated passage. Either way healing is required so that you have more choices.

You can ask the angelic world to assist you in this healing. I would begin this process in the evening before bed. Find a comfortable cozy please to sit or rest and ask that the angels of the multi-universes who specialize in healing come to you. Then go back to resting until you feel a shift in your energy. Warmth, tingling, visions of light, or other multisensory experiences (which are very normal and necessary for humanity to experience to evolve). Then I would assume the angelic realm had arrived and thank them for their work before it has even begun – in the worlds outside of Earth, all is already done. Rest and take in the healing. You may need to repeat this process a few times. I would follow any positive hunches you may receive during this healing so you may learn how to become aware of, and manage, your stress in a healthy way.

Hi, Marie!

Almost all my lifetime I haven’t had any real friends. I would say that I am openminded and also interested in getting to know people but often it feels like I have things inside of me which keeps people away. Like a magnet working the other way around. I’ve managed to make do with this situation but it makes me very sad to see that my daughter (9 years old) seems to experience this isolation too.

We are always in situations and places where it is so hard to get in touch with people who are similar to us. What can I do to live in a loving surrounding? I have worked on my self-love and self-acceptance for such a long time and life sometimes feels so hard and heavy without having real friends and family.

Learning how to receive is a powerful opportunity. Vulnerability is an act of true power, not a weakness. You will need to let others in. When you are around another person, imagine that the back of your heart chakra is open and that you are allowing light, hummingbirds. or anything positive that you enjoy to flow into your back in huge quantiles. Then tell yourself that you are safe. Repeatedly. This action should allow you to be more open and expressive to others.
