Mystic Moment/Energy Pulse

Mystic Moment ~

Find a spot in your home where the energy is higher than other parts of your living space. To accomplish this, walk into each area of your home and sit for a few minutes and gauge your happiness. Energy is everywhere, and there will be areas of your dwelling that vibrate with energy higher. This discovery of high energy will translate to you experiencing more joy. You may smile more while you sit within the higher energy, or you may feel inspired. You may have spontaneous happy memories, and you may also feel energy or see it while sitting in an area of your home that has high frequency energy. Once you have discovered the high energy spot, make this area your new dedicated space for inner work through meditation, writing, or simply becoming present to your incredible authentic self. Utilize this space everyday if possible, for its natural energy will positively stimulate your human energy particles to vibrate higher while giving you more downloads of knowledge about your fantastic self.

Energy Pulse ~

Practice speaking your truth for 30 days. Truth is vast and deeper than what your mind experiences, for the mind is logical. To grasp the vibration and awareness of your truth, take your time answering questions or expressing yourself. Give yourself some space so the mind may relax. A truth that will most likely surprise you can rise into your consciousness and elevate your vibration. Truth speaking empowers the most powerful chakra in your body – the fifth chakra. When the fifth chakra is beaming with energy, it will activate the fifth layer of your auric field, where all your natural gifts and talents live.
