Hi Marie

I have been seeing a black dot in my left eye for about two years now. It is about the size of a ballpoint pen dot. I went to the eye doctor when it started and they did a few scans of my eye and could not find the cause. I have had labs done and none of them were abnormal. Can you give me insight into why I have constantly been seeing this dot? I am curious about the energetic meaning of this.

Everything is fine. It’s not uncommon for individuals to experience floaters or other proteins in the eye. Relax, and let go. This is not a big deal.

I have cervical dystonia, it’s a neurological movement disorder. I’ve been suffering with this for many years and the last few have been horribly painful. The only things offered for this are Botox and pain meds, neither of which I am comfortable with using. I have been on a mission to find another way to help myself. I’m wondering if you have ever dealt with someone with this condition and what you might suggest? I know it all stems from my brain and as strong as I’ve had to be my entire life, I can’t believe I am unable to stop this. I’m tired of being in pain from the minute I get up till I go to bed. It’s like physically holding weights all waking hours, your muscles are overworked, cramped and trembling. It has taken away my ability to drive, work and do anything I ever enjoyed. On top of that I have severe carpal tunnel in both hands. So I now spend my time alone at home with literally no joy. My 3 cats I rescued from outside the last few years are my only joy.

If you have any ideas of what I can do to kick this out of my brain, I would be so happy to hear them.

Try and think of this physical distraction arising from the 7th chakra, instead of the 6th. The 7th chakra governs the nervous system and parts of the brain. Energetically, it is about your connection to spirit. Can you allow the Universe to assist you? Which means to let go and be present with other things, not the discomfort, as you have spent enough time in that indulgence. Because there is an intertwine between nerves, muscles and supporting ligaments and tendons, letting go to create room for healing is necessary. You have a strong mind and when something gets your attention, you place a lot of focus on the issue. Your mind will need to focus on positive things, even during the discomfort for at least a few seconds or minutes, so that the freedom needed to ease the discomfort will allow the healing to come through.

Think of the pain as an opportunity to learn something (like letting go) your soul has been trying to integrate into your consciousness for centuries.

My son Tizoc was diagnosed in 2016 with schizoaffective and bipolar he is now 27. In 2022 my 28 year old daughter Tona was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. I want to know what the heck is going on. I no longer have a life. My life and their lives have changed drastically. I’m tired. It’s possible that both adults could improve their situations. Notice I used the word adults vs children. Your children are now adults and if taking care of them into their adult world was a part of your path, it would feel amazing and aligned. The fact that it does not, means that you must let go (the theme of this newsletter). They are adults! There are millions of adults living throughout the world with mental health issues and arthritic conditions that are not dependent on their parents. You have over nurtured your children and ignored your own happiness. This is what needs to change to create health and wellbeing for all.

I’m completely confused as to why people are supporting the Terror organization Hamas. I feel like I’m living in the Twilight Zone. My friend’s father, 85 year old Amiram Cooper is still captive by Hamas Devils. How could this be part of the Divine plan? I’m really losing hope. I’m a daughter of a Holocaust Survivor from Dachau. Never ever would I have imagined that we were going through this antisemitism again in my lifetime.

Your question relates to one of the most energetically challenging areas of the world. First, know that the Divine plan is personal for each soul and unique for each soul too, but to answer your question as to why anyone would support a terrorist organization like Hamas, we must go back to the beginning of this conflict. When Israel was created in 1948, 700,000 Palestinians were expelled from their homes or captured if they would not flee the area so the Jewish population could move into the area. Britain is responsible for this disaster.

Palestinians were forced to live outside of their homeland with no support from Israel, who has for decades controlled the citizens of Palestine movement. Unfortunately, especially in the Middle East, when a group of people is marginalized, terrorist organizations move into the area and provide aid. This approach gives a false perception that they are assisting when in truth, they are hiding and creating a home base where they can safely continue terrorist threats around the world.

To complicate matters further, all Arab countries have never been taught about the Holocaust in any of their schools. Instead, they have been taught that the Holocaust did not exist. In fact, many Arab people have no knowledge about the atrocities that occurred throughout Europe during World War II. Just last year, the United Arab of Emirates began teaching about the Holocaust in their schools for the very first time. They are the first Arab country to do so.

Many Palestines see Hamas as their government, not as a terrorist organization, and they view the Israeli military as a terrorist organization.

If I choose to reincarnate back to earth after passing, is it always for the specific purpose of learning another lesson and would I return almost immediately?

What an interesting question. Souls who choose to reincarnate to Earth will rest, play and learn in other dimensions for several years. 50 to 100 Earth time years. Time does not exist – it is an illusion, but this is how it was described to me. It is rare for any soul to quickly come back to Earth. To reincarnate is a choice, and the decision is thought through with deep passion and desire. There is always a theme of healing that plays along with any reincarnation, but also, joy, curiosity, and play!

I would appreciate any pointers you may have about communicating with children who have passed. Although my son was 31 years old, he was severely developmentally delayed. His cognitive level was on par with that of a two-year-old and as such, did not have any expressive language. They say that on the other side he would be on a much higher level, without any handicaps. How then, would I recognize him though, if he was never able to speak, while on Earth? How would I truly know that this being was his higher soul?

I’m so sorry about the loss of your lovely son and the challenges I am sure you, he and the family experienced. It is true that regardless of what language someone spoke or any speech issues a being may have exhibited while in human form, none of that matters. Souls communicate through a mental telepathic connection. Words could be shared, but also images and feelings. Old memories may arise out of the blue that are happy and fulfilling. When they do that it could be a loved one showing you how wonderful their memories are of Earth. Try not to think about communication in a linear way. The Divine and your son are magical. Allow them to surprise you.

I’ve lost two young adult sons to addiction issues. How can I get over this? I’ve spent lots of time defending them both as people don’t understand that sometimes you just can’t stop abusing substances. They both went to treatment, and tried several times. Not only am I in grief, but I feel I have to defend them, ( which I wouldn’t have to do if they passed from cancer, or an accident, etc) they were both such kind beautiful boys.

I’m so sorry for the loss of your boys! I believe that some souls come to Earth to learn how to stop being responsible. Some souls have overworked in previous lifetimes, and they don’t know how to not help and to not fix. Being an addict makes it difficult to continue their pattern of overgiving and acting overly responsibly. Souls will take all kinds of measures to stop patterns that are not allowing them to advance their consciousness. There is/was nothing wrong with your sons’ choices. They were learning how to be without doing for everyone else.

How can I prepare for the smoothest transition (death)? I am not concerned with where I’m going or what I’m leaving behind. I am concerned about consistent painful physical reactions and struggling to breathe in a torturous and horrendous manner.

Are you currently dying? I don’t think so, so why the fearful thoughts? There are wonderful organizations like hospice that assist with massive decrease in pain during the dying process, but know that people who experience a near death incident do not report feeling any pain. They report high volumes of love and freedom and do not want to return to Earth. Most humans know very little about the true circumstances of death.

Recently, I have been reading a lot about older people being estranged from family members, and the numbers are rising quickly. Generally speaking, is there a reason this is happening? Specifically, do you see me ever being a part of my niece’s life again?

If your niece grows up a little and stops taking the actions or words of others personally. She overreacts. The situation about elders feeling estranged could have multiple reasons. Many people want to live independently without the help of others. This of course is not practical for most as they age as they may need assistance.

Hi Marie,

I’m married to a partner of 30 years. Lately the relationship has felt more difficult as we both are frustrated how we have hurt each other over the years. He’s not a bad person, just not a great fit for me, however when I try to ask my spirit guides for guidance I feel they are saying “stay”.

I am not sure what to do.

In addition, my inner pelvis has been especially painful lately due to arthritis and I know it’s my 2nd chakra that is blocked. Question is, if I leave this relationship is that likely to heal my hip pain or is it perhaps blocked because I’m unable to fully let go with my partner?

First know that you most likely have not detached enough on this topic to be able to receive accurate intuitive answers. I think if there is not a good fit, then why stay? We are meant to be happy. Older souls are learning self-compassion, not how to overly give to others. Perform pelvic floor exercise. Weight training is great for the bones! The bones are about not letting go!

Why are some humans claustrophobic? Developed mine at 64 years old from childhood trauma I believe. I have healed it to about 98% by going to my higher self. I’m just curious your thoughts on this subject. Mahalo!

Yes, it is highly recommended that souls have spirit guides when living on Earth. We all forget our past lives and many feel disconnected from source energy when living here on Earth. Ghosts are souls who have yet to cross over and feel stuck to Earth for a period of time before transition to the heavens. Ghosts are typically from human souls as we are the species that holds on to the past and won’t let go easily. Animals are more advanced in their awareness and connect to their intuition with ease.

I would like to ask please; how can I reconcile and make peace with my mom R.I.P. We didn’t have a good relationship and I was hurt and angry. I want to make peace with the past and move on with my life, because I feel that this situation somehow stucks my energy and my power to grow spiritually and in other aspects in life.

I’m sorry you feel stuck with the discomfort of the relationship issues. I truly think that is with all situations, especially relationship issues. We need to forgive ourselves. Even logically, where there is no way we could have been the creator of the problems. It has been my experience, professionally and personally, that when we forgive ourselves, then and only then can we authentically let go of the actions of others.
